Mr. Faisal graduated from University Technology of Malaysia (UTM), Malaysia with Bachelors in Chemical Engineering and later further his study in Masters in Business Administration with University Utara Malaysia. While enduring his career as continuous improvement specialist he involved a lot in process improvement initiatives with specialization and Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing. He has wide experience in manufacturing, engineering, and training. He starts his career as an engineer in one of the well-known MNC and later was enrolled in Six Sigma and Lean as a practitioner and was selected as a trainer. His role as senior staff allow him to work with front line and middle management, and while working as a coordinator in Innovation Team, he was liaising with top management such as Factory Managers and Directors and has contributed to establishing companies strategies towards achieving the mission & vision.

Mr. Faisal has been involved in performance improvements and project management in manufacturing environment for more than 10 years. His expertise is in applying Six Sigma tools in product and process improvements. Some of the improvement projects that he has done are:
- Multiple improvement projects in scrap reductions and waste eliminations within manufacturing environment.
- As Black Belt consultant for new product deployment (NPD) to ensure smooth startup and mass production.
- Assisted organization in manpower restructuring and rationalization project.

- Involved in scrap reduction project in First Solar Malaysia plant and responsible to coach other Green Belts projects.
